
From July 25 to 27, the executive team of Yingliang Group gathered in Changchun, Jilin Province, for the 2025 mid-year executive management meeting, themed “Stay Humble and Steady, Eliminate Internal Friction, and Strive for Excellence.” Attendees included Liu Liang, Chairman of Yingliang Group; Xu Ying, Executive Director and Investment Director; Qi Fei, President; Vice Presidents Liu Jun, Liu Xiang, Wang Yong, and executives from various subsidiaries and group centers.

The mid-year executive meeting was divided into two main agendas: a comprehensive review and objective assessment of the operational achievements in the first half of the year, and the strategic positioning and planning for the development direction and goals for the second half of the year. During the meeting, executives from various subsidiaries presented data and case studies to showcase the work achievements and highlights in their respective areas, while also conducting in-depth analyses of existing shortcomings and proposing work ideas for the second half of the year.

After thoroughly listening to the reports from the heads of various subsidiaries and departments, Chairman Liu Liang delivered a speech. He first acknowledged the accomplishments of the team in the first half of the year and emphasized the need for leaders of the subsidiaries to be aware of the challenges and problems they face. He urged everyone to remain humble and steady, eliminate internal friction, and strive for excellence.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman Liu provided a comprehensive deployment of the group's operational work for the second half of the year. He required that all subsidiaries and departments closely align with the group's development strategy and objectives, formulate specific and feasible implementation measures, and strictly execute them. Additionally, he analyzed the current industry development situation and proposed countermeasures from the group's perspective. He expressed hope that the senior management of all subsidiaries would maintain a good working state in the second half of the year, carefully plan, diligently implement, and lead all employees to face challenges head-on, ensuring the successful completion of the group's various task indicators for 2025.

With united efforts, great challenges can be overcome. This meeting in Changchun not only served as a strategic calibration at a critical juncture for the group but also acted as a rallying call for Yingliang Group to gather core momentum and prepare for a fresh start.
