Fujian Provincial CPPCC Chairman Teng Jiacai Visits Yingliang Group for Inspection and Research

On August 7, Teng Jiacai, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chairman of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), visited Yingliang Group for inspection and research. He was accompanied by leaders including Xiao Hanhui, Chairman of the Quanzhou CPPCC, and Zhuang Guoyang, Chairman of the Nan'an CPPCC. Liu Liang, Chairman of Yingliang Group, received the delegation and provided introductions.

Chairman Teng first toured the Fujian Yingliang Stone Natural History Museum. Chairman Liu began with a 4.567 billion-year-old meteorite and, using stone as the central theme, narrated the stories behind each exhibit from the perspectives of "Stone and the Universe," "Stone and the Earth," and "Stone and Life," allowing Chairman Teng to gain a new understanding of the important role that stone plays in the processes of Earth's changes and the evolution of life.

In the museum's fossil and mineral restoration laboratory, Chairman Liu introduced to Chairman Teng the museum's significant research achievements in recent years and the current progress of relevant scientific research. Chairman Teng expressed his recognition of the outstanding accomplishments that Yingliang Museum has achieved in the field of scientific research over the years.

At the Global Stone Material Selection Center, Warehouse No. 5, Chairman Teng attentively listened to Chairman Liu's introduction of various stone crafts and aesthetic spaces within the warehouse. They engaged in in-depth discussions to understand the development status of the Waterhead stone industry and the challenges and issues faced by the Nan'an stone industry as a global industry center in the process of innovative development.
